Organizational climate of teacher-preparing faculties

The book introduces the organizational climate of the higher education environment with a focus on pedagogical faculties or faculties preparing teachers. The individual chapters reflect the challenges of the Bologna Process, characterize the work of academics and deal with theoretical starting points of the percessive organizational climate of universities and faculties. An important benefit is familiarization with our own research, with the creation and verification of research tools. The central part is therefore devoted to describing the stages of development of surveys of the percessive organizational climate by academics, ways of their verification and the design of a sheet of semi-structured interview for research into the percussion of organizational climate of faculties preparing teachers by their leadership.
