History of surgery

In the publication, the authors want to acquaint the reader with the roots of the emergence of surgery, briefly with its world history and in more detail with the history of the Czech, and especially Moravian and Olomouc. They managed to collect data from the surgical workplaces of Central and Northern Moravia thanks to the understanding of a large circle of colleagues who processed the data for their workplaces. Of course, the question may arise as to the extent to which it is currently, full of professional and organizational changes, topical to deal with the history of surgery.
