Works written in the Netherlands began to be produced as early as the 8th century. Dutch literature is one of the literatures that are often translated into Czech. The work presents an overview of the history of Dutch and Flemish literature from the beginning to the present day, including sectors such as children’s and youth literature or Dutch literature written in former colonies.
