The book Cinematography of Oblivion is an attempt to capture the turning point of the end of the reform process in 1968 and the beginning of normalization in one of the areas of Czechoslovak culture, cinematography. The changes that occurred after August 1968 in Czechoslovak film depict the transformations of a single place – the Barrandov Film Studio.
